RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Stephanie in Yorkshire. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
RETURNS
To exchange or return please send to Stephanie in Yorkshire Ltd, Highberry, Newby Wiske, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 9EY.
Please mark clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your full name and order number. If you would like to exchange the item please state what colour you would like to exchange for.
Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product is either faulty or returned in perfect condition. Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We are only responsible for your returned parcel when it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as having been returned. Please therefore ensure your returns postage method has sufficient insurance to cover the value of your items.
Please keep your proof of postage so if, in the unlikely event, your parcel goes missing you can take this up with the courier company .
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
